Order Tracking

Delivery Issues
a. Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.
Petal & Fern is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
b. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked “delivered” by the carrier.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance or file a claim.
c. Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us at support@petalnfern.store within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@petalnfern.store.
Include your order number, photos of the damaged item(s), and packaging.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regional regulations.
